Quarterback recruit Blake Hebert, who committed to Clemson nearly a year and a half ago, changed course on Monday and announced he instead will attend Notre Dame in 2025.The 247Sports Composite, a compilation of rankings from various entities, lists Hebert as a four-star prospect and the No. 29 quarterback in the Class of 2025.
