Tulane has suspended transfer quarterback TJ Finley following his arrest for possession of stolen property.New Orleans police arrested Finley, 23, near the university on Wednesday.Finley was booked for illegally possessing a stolen car valued at more than $25,000, according to court documents obtained by WVUE. He told authorities he recently had purchased the vehicle in Atlanta.Finley since has been released from jail and suspended by Tulane, the quarterback’s fifth school in six years.
